Many roman rite switchers to sruthemian rite or wish to, atleast that i have noticed have traditionalist leanings, usually steep ones, is it because easterners are seen as more reverent or somethings? What is it?

Pretty much. On average Eastern Rite parishes are considerably more traditionally minded and conservative than Latin Rite parishes, in fact I was at one today

We have many people who are attracted to our rite because they love beautiful, sacred and traditional liturgy, but it has been my experience that hardcore Latin traditionalists do not usually find a home in the Byzantine Rite. Our parishes and people are often not a good fit for those who wish to hold fast to the traditions of the Latin rite. Latin Rite traditionalists are often seeking to restore and preserve traditional Latin spirituality, devotions, and theology. To be at home in Ruthenian parishes, they would need to be willing to embrace a new spirituality and new theological perspectives. These two goals tend to be at odds with each other.

Yes, traditionalist Latins who worship in Eastern parishes are typically there for an experience refuge, a port in the storm, rather than to actually put down roots. Some might on principle avoid the Ordinary Form, but others might just as easily worship there if they could find one that was done with the same amount of reverence/mystery/rubrical fidelity as the Eastern liturgy to which they’ve fled.
