Why aren't Non-Catholics allowed to receive Communion?

A Non Catholic but true believer and disciple of Jesus are not allowed to take communion during Eucharist just because he is not baptized.

Currently all Church in India annouce the same before Jesus is share to Catholic’s brother.

Non Catholic can only feel Jesus but they can’t receive.

In fact Non Catholic really means true sense which are said in the church before taking the communion.

LORD I AM NOT WORTHY TO TAKE YOU UNDER MY ROOF BUT ONLY SAY THE WORD AND MY SOUL WILL BE HEALED.

Just Jesus Know his true follower and beliver only though baptisam or through HOLY Spirit.
