Why did God create two types of eternal creatures?

Previously I posted an idea that “Man” was God’s way to give the fallen angels a second chance.

I’m new at this. On reflection, I crammed too many ideas into one post.

In Scripture God says, “I knew you before you were in your mother’s womb”.
Could that support the fallen angels idea?

No, that cannot support your idea re the fallen angels; that Scripture is simply a statement regarding God’s omniscient wisdom. Further, angels - fallen or not - were created immediately with their full intellects and weren’t created within a mother’s womb.
