I was asked this question by a dear friend of mine on another forum, and I can’t quite come up with an anwer
You Catholics, may I ask. In John Chapter 3, where Jesus Christ said no man can see the Kingdom of God unless he Be Born Again. If Mary was Sinless and already had rights to go to heaven, why do you think she Was with the other 119 People in the Upper Room in Acts Chapter 2. Cause SHE NEEDED to be Baptized of the Holy Ghost, Acting Drunk, Speaking Tongues and dancing in the Spirit

Mary received the Holy Spirit twice. Luke 1:26-40 and in the Book of Acts Chapter 2.
In Luke 1:26-40, the chapter and verse reads:
26 In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. 28 And he came to her and said,
“Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!” 29 But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered in her mind what sort of greeting this might be. 30 And the angel said to her,
"Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. 32
He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33 ** and he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there will be no end." ** 34 And Mary said to the angel,
“How shall this be, since I have no husband?”
35 And the angel said to her,** "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God**. 36
And behold, your kinswoman Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren. 37
For with God nothing will be impossible." ** 38 And Mary said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” **And the angel departed from her. 39 In those days Mary arose and went with haste into the hill country, to a city of Judah, 40 and she entered the house of Zechari’ah and greeted Elizabeth.
The Holy Spirit filled Mary again at Penecost, because she is the only one who experience the Holy Spirit the first time. So the others were afraid. The Holy Spirit also strengthen us. Even though, Mary is sinless and she received the Holy Spirit, it only strengthen her faith in God. Mary never sinned.
When Gabriel greeted Mary, as “Hail, full of grace.” This is past tense according to the original Greek lexicon.

The phrase “full of grace” is a translation of the Greek word kecharitomene. This word represents the proper name of the person being addressed by the angel, and it therefore expresses a characteristic quality of Mary. Kecharitomene is a perfect passive participle of charitoo, meaning “to fill or endow with grace.” Since this term is in the perfect tense, it indicates a perfection of grace that is both intensive and extensive. This means that the grace Mary enjoyed was not a result of the angel’s visit, and was not only as “full” or strong or complete as possible at any given time, but it extended over the whole of her life, from conception onward. She was in a state of sanctifying grace from the first moment of her existence to have been called “full of grace.”
