We cannot know that Christ didn’t forgive Judas. Perhaps in the moments between Judas’s decision to hang himself and his death, he repented and sought forgiveness. If so, he could have been forgiven and saved. In any case, we do know that Christ gave Judas every opportunity for repentance, but forgiveness depends on the person first repenting. If Judas did not repent, then Christ could not forgive him.
