Because the Church is anti-homosexuality, anti-condoms, anti-promiscuity, and anti-illegal-drugs, not as medical measures, but as moral measures. Since homosexuals are a huge percentage of AIDS cases, and (homo males) are one of the easiest vectors, most AIDS organizations are going to be in bed with them, and thus hate the Church.How come so many AIDS organizations hate the Church? In the earliest years of the disease, it was spread mainly in the homosexual communities, true, but in the last decade it has become spread more through heterosexual activity, often through the husband/male becoming infected by prostitutes and infecting his wife and children after, and further through certain groups beliefs, such as that it can be cured or alleviated through sex with virgin girls; leading to rape and the subsequent infection of those innocent girls and often the children of those violent rapes as well.
Still, condom use would NOT slow or stem or cure the disease. Abstinence and education (as shown in I believe Uganda) are the way to go.

you need to step into reality and understand that normal people aren’t going to go for abstinence. as soon as you realize that and find other ways to protect instead of caveman ways, the better you’ll be.

But in the 1980s , before much attention was paid to HIV worldwide, HIV was seen as a “gay disease”. In the U.S. “men who have sex with men” still are a big part of the disease incidence, but there is evidence that it may be breaking out in heterosexual transmission in the black and hispanic communities. For example, 47% of HIV infected persons in the US are African-American, although the black population is only 12.5%.

I guess I’m wondering what you are referring to?
Generally speaking activists are very emotionally committed people, and when their plans are thwarted they tend to voice their emotions. I am guessing you are referring to complaints that some individuals have expressed regarding the Church’s opposition to condoms.

Because in reality, most are fronts for influential people whose main goal is to promote (force upon us) the political homosexual agenda. Social acceptance of sodomy/buggery seems to trump a huge death toll resulting from it. Anyone authentically concerned about the health of others would never encourage or promote homosexual behavior. Our Church has this authentic concern (for our physical, emotional and spiritual health). Most AIDs organizations do not.How come so many AIDS organizations hate the Church? I do have to say that AIDS does spread easier through cuts in the body than by normal “exhange of fluids”. Since the Human body is not meant to take certain forms of sex (sodomy) the body can have very small cuts or tears in those places, making it easier for the virus to spread.
I am not saying that the virus discriminates, but certain “forms” of sex allow it to spread faster. Even in Africa this is the case, where some men have come to believe that it can only spread from the vagina, and therefore sodomy is perfectly safe.
That is probably why it was known as a “gay disease” for so long.
