Why do Catholics not refer to God as "Jehovah God"?

In speaking with a Jehovah Witness, she asked me why Catholics do not refer to God as “Jehovah God”. I would appreciate an answer. She claims that that is His name and we should call Him by his name, not just God. Please advise. Thank you.
