Why do most Christians find tobacco use sinful?

So Christ’s first miracle of turning water to wine, at a wedding, not for Eucharist, He was encouraging people to sin.

I listened to MacArthur quite a bit when I was a Protestant, and even then I knew that this claim of his was bonkers. The guy quite simply does not know what he’s talking about.
