Ok we’ve bounced all around my 4 questions that never got answered. Here they are again.
  1. Why do you need Mary to talk to God for you? I doubt that it works, so I don’t think so.
  2. Do you think God won’t listen to you? The more I live in the righteousness of Jesus the more He will listen to me. He always listen to true repentance.
  3. Do you think God won’t hear you? Not if I don’t pray amiss.
  4. Do you thind God will answer your prayer faster? Following the logic of my answers, no, not at all./QUOTE]

I’m sorry, but the only way for us to help you, is to answer your questions with a question. I will say it once more, why do you trust your doctor when you know God is the ultimate doctor, who can hear you and help you as well as the best of doctors? Why bother going to the doctor at all? God will take care of you. :ehh:

  1. No. Catholics need never pray to Mary.
  2. We believe God listens to us.
  3. ditto
  4. No.
Now:
If you’ve ever asked someone to pray for you, here’s some questions for you, kev;
  1. Why did you ask someone to talk to God for you?
  2. Do you think God doesn’t listen to you?
  3. Do you think God won’t hear you?
  4. Do you think God will answer your prayer faster?

You’re not comparing apples with apples. Kev and his doctor are both on this side of the grave (I assume). Mary is on the other side of the grave unless she didn’t die. She did die, didn’t she?

Thank you once again in Christ love. You have corrected me and thank you.God Bless
Not quite. For something to be corrected, it has to change from its previously errant state to that of its correct state.

I am also concerned about your misrepresentation. You may be Catholic but it appears you are a fallen away Catholic. If I, for all intents and purposes, decided that I was a mormon but did not adhere to important tenets of the mormon faith, then it would be dishonest of me at best to join a message board where people go to learn about the mormon faith and label myself as a mormon when I quite clearly am not representing the mormon faith.

Again, dishonest at best.

But it’s the same idea. Kev is basically saying “go to God for everything or else you are blaspheming.” What He doesn’t understand is that the gift of Jesus’ Mother and her constant intercession has been given to us. Just like doctors have been given to us for **our **benefit. Why question it?

Funny you should ask… 🙂

Look you have done enough of correcting thank you. I am not a fallen away Catholic. I came to this for fellowship and friendship and thank God I have found many friends. I only state my beliefs . Oh and thank you and God Bless you for calling me dishonest. I really thought we lived in America not Iran.

To answer all the questions its called interceeding on the behalf of or for someone eles.
They don’t pray to me for this, like you pray to Mary to interceed for you.
They come to me and ask me or I ask them. Human to human asking for prayer.

If Catholics need never pray to Mary then why do you?

🤷 Honesty is honesty and dishonesty is dishonesty whether in America, Iran, Jamaica, Canada, or anywhere else.

I am a Catholic and a member of a Catholic Church that I choose to go too. What e;se do you want? Oh and no I do not agree with all that the Church say.
Thank you for choosing the Catholic Church, Tweety. Be a* true* member. 🙂

Kev, did you say it’s blasphemy not to go to God for everything?

The Bible tells us to pray for others. We are told to share one anothers burdens. Are we told to ask those that are on the other side of the grace jto pray for us is correct or that it works?
