I am tired of non-Catholic Christians saying this when Jesus Christ says otherwise. Do they just say this because it’s ‘easy’?
Ive never heard anyone say this–what did they say it means?I am tired of non-Catholic Christians saying this when Jesus Christ says otherwise. Do they just say this because it’s ‘easy’?
Well, today I was saying how important the church was. Here are two Protestant women who don’t even go to church (I guess there is my answer), and kept saying how the church is in their heart. It saddens me and frustrates the **** out of me that they do this when I know better.Ive never heard anyone say this–what did they say it means?
I would say Christ is my heart
As a side note–you may want to take a break from hanging out with these prots because you clearly cant stand them and seem to be harboring some bitterness toward them.At least that is how it appears here. When caths get me mad I walk away and pray for God to heal me of my sin of anger towards them. Works every time
Isnt God great!!!![]()
Seems to me that maybe they are just saying that as an excuse for not going to ChurchWell, today I was saying how important the church was. They say that Jesus meant the church to be in one’s hearts…oh brother…:banghead:
It’s not that I can’t stand them, they simply do not listen to anyone about anything. Don’t have any bitterness toward anyone.

It’s not only protestants that say this. I’ve heard fallen away Catholics tell me the same thing! So perhaps the question should not be posed as ‘Why do Protestants’ but rather ‘Why do SOME Protestants…’
It can be agree’d (as apparent from this thread) that not all Protestants feel this way…
Generalizations never really work…![]()
