And your post was charitable?? Chill out people. It isn’t me that causes this miss AnnieB., if you think that you have another thing coming. If you believe Jesus Christ started the church, the Catholic church, you will convert. period.

Sorry, but you have wrong information about me, he who casts the first stone…all non-Catholic Christians when given a chance, will pounce down on one who is Catholic with insults and accusations. You only look foolish because everyone knows this. So go ahead, judge me.
Show me where any of my posts are dishonest?

ALL non-Catholic Christians? EVERYONE knows this? I think you doth protesteth too much.

I’m not the only one on this page that is recognizing you have a problem. And I believe you are the one who started with the insults, are you not? And that this was pointed out by a Catholic, I believe?

I have a lot of respect and admiration for Catholicism. But some Catholics are as bigoted as Protestants. Neither is justified. Don’t lump all Protestants into the same category.

Some are MORE bigoted than most Protestants.

I’m truly sorry (no sarcasm here) you feel that way about me (me, since I am part of the “all” non-catholics). I can’t think of one instance where I did this, but if you come across a post of mine where I did, I will certainly apologize.

Protestants read the anti-Catholic trash and when they finish reading that stuff, they think they have just read Catholic doctrine, which is nothing but a lie. I used to read the anti-Catholic trash and believed it until The Holy Spirit shoewd me the truth and I became Catholic in '04, hence my user name Eucharist04.😃

I seriously doubt that, and I would refute that with you if you’d like. Problem is they know NOTHING about the Catholic faith, because if they truly knew anything about it, other than their versions of made up stories and their false beliefs, they would be Catholic. For Protestant people never saw the light of day until 500 years ago. Hardly the time when Christ was around on earth.

I had a general belief in God but nothing specific, and I did not think of God very often. Some of the Christians that I had met throughout my life had turned me off to religion. I was baptized Lutheran as a baby but had no religion in my up bringing. But I started getting this feeling in the back of my mind that I should be attending Chuch (Holy Spirit). I started reading every book I could get my hands on which led me to start reading Church history and the Church Fathers. I first thought of attending the local Luthern Church but went to the Catholic Church and never looked back.
 
Wasn’t there another thread just like this up not too long ago? How much more do we need to beat the same dead horse? It’s the same arguements over and over again.
