No offence taken. I must add though, that up until the late 50’s and early 60’s (pre-Vatican II), most fundamental Baptist & Protestant thought was somewhat anti-Catholic in a lot of ways. I feel it has improved since then considerably, but still alot of the books exist (especially from the 18th & 19th century) that would be considered by Catholics as Anti-Catholic in tone, regardless, they still have value for research when it comes to manuscript evidence and textual criticism.
