Why do we say "Jesus" and not "Yeshua" ?

Why do we say “Jesus” and not “Yeshua?” As understand it, Peter, Mary, Joseph, etc. called Our Lord “Yeshua” not “Jesus.” Also, what about His name in Spanish, French, other languages? They don’t pronounce it the same as anglophones. So is “Jesus” truly the name by which all men are saved? I know names of people change from language to language and culture to culture, but what about the idea of the “Holy Name of Jesus?” It seems to me that, biblically, names are very important.
