Why do we tend (if we do) to experience more demonic attacks than angelic experiences?

Not that people don’t experience things unaware due to angels helping possibly daily or rather every moment.

If you think demonic activity is more than angelic around you? Get out of your head.

There is a huge spiritual component to life, but the devil likes nothing more than people doing his work for him. He’s not a boogeyman. He’s not in the gum on the sidewalk, or the car that splashed a puddle and got you wet or the person who was a bit careless driving. Most likely that is part of the natural order of life and physics.
 
What if scenario - Say someone experiences demonic attacks like some saints did and fewer experiences with angels?

Not talking about like tripping on a shoelace.

God allows people who have been given a great gift of faith the “ability” to be tested by Satan to show just how powerful God’s gifts and God’s love are. God already knows that He will win.

God allows these occurrences in order to help deepen that person’s faith. St. (Mother) Theresa is a good example. God allowed her to face some of the worst evils and he took away any good feelings of Faith and closeness to Himself. However, her perseverance became a great gift that she gave back, and now stands as an example of how one can act in complete love and adoration of God even when they don’t have the emotion behind it.
 
It is much more difficult to be holy. The biographies of the saints exemplify that angels do indeed interact with people.
 
There are by FAR more angelic experiences than demonic in people’s lives.
If we were controlled by demons, well, that would be unbearable, right?
People dismiss the good in our lives by calling it “luck” “good fortune” and such.
Our guardian angels work tirelessly to keep us on the path, For the most part, for most people, they succeed.
 
We are made in the image of God.
The more we look like Him the more they hate us. God allows it for sanctification.

I think that if people are trying to lead faithful lives towards God, then they should not be experiencing a lot of evil, if that makes sense.

Sure, someone may experience temptations in their life and sin, and I would think that would be normal for any faithful person, due to human weaknesses.

But as far as some sort of regular demonic-type of experiences, I would have to say “No,” unless someone opened themselves up to that in some way, in terms of experimenting with some type of occult situations or experiences. That’s what I think.

If someone is experiencing any kind of evil in their life, I would encourage them to talk to their Pastor.
 
If this were happening to someone where they were under this type of demonic attack, then they would need to talk to their Pastor or a Spiritual Director.
