Why do you read the Bible?

Over long solitary years, so much of the Word of God became embedded in my heart and lives there always, Words that are needed at hard times, to give to others, I stand amazed and sad that so few here know what Jesus said, I quote Him frequently, Words in my heart to feed and comfort in darkness

Salutations in Christ,
When one is seeking the enrichment of the Holy Spirit and gifts and when He joins in one is pushed to pick of the Bible. It seems when that happens, one can’t put the Bible down. I read NT non- stop and His words are sealed in my heart. I can’t recall all addresses but I am so amazed when what I need or someone else, pops up and out. Reading is still needed for long verses or chapters. That special time w Him is best immersed in His Word.
Just think how horrible life would be without God.
