All right, my question is a little complicated. The Bible and the Church both proclaim the essential need for faith in God. I know there is no proof of God, and I imagine that there will never be. If you can prove the existence of God, how then can you have Faith in his existence? I don’t have faith in the existence of my desk. I have proof.
however, it has been my observation that people crave proof. I am one of them. How can God require blind faith in his existence when by our nature we require proof? I have been thinking about this for quite some time and cannot reconcile it with myself.
Thanks in advance.
