This is my second time trying to post this question. Whats happening to them. Well i just don’t understand why jesus give babys to people who don’t want them. So many families want babys who can’t have them. Why .

I believe it is in all God’s plan, and not for us to know or understand, but will know one day. I trust God with what He does, as He knows what is best for all of His people even if it does not make sense to us.

Blessings

I believe that part of it is to show that He can bring good from evil. Many is the family that has adopted an “unwanted” baby. It is easy to love your own flesh, but it is a test to love the offspring of another (ever work in a daycare? 😃 ) But, how many more babies were available before we started killing them?

Christ’s peace.

Better to phrase it, “Why do humans not want or care for the babies God gives them?”

More importantly, “Why do the fallen, imperfect, trousered house-apes think the problem is with the unfallen omniscient guy?”

Maybe it is part of His judgement upon those who don’t care. Our children often recieve the blessing or curse of our faithfulness or the lack there of. We are connected to Adam and we are connected to our children. They were given original sin through us. Thank God for the Blood of Christ that we may give that to them in Baptism as well.

From the Adoption History Project
“We know one thing with certainty on the basis of historical statistics. Adoptions were rare, even at the height of their popularity, around 1970.”

To paraphrase a wise woman - why does someone get on the train for Detriot if they do not want to go to Detroit? People know that sex is the way you create a baby, so, if they do not want a baby, why are they having sex 🤷

It’s a good point, but you’ll have people claim that their ticket said Detroit was only an OPTION and they could, if they didn’t want to go all the way, have their ticket refunded, voided, or get a reimbursement.

Or they changed their mind and should be compensated.

Or they never knew it was DETROIT --they thought it was DULUTH.

Or Detroit is totally wrong for insisting on train service there. Whoever put ‘Detroit’ on the schedule is the one who should be blamed.

Etc., etc., etc.

Are there really many adults who knew how to have sex but not that it is the way to make a baby? Wow. So what do they teach them in sex-ed now, if not what sex is?
