Why does satan promote abortion

The wording is very significant. The Church can’t say say absolutely yes. We can say absolutely yes if a baby is baptized and dies on the way back home, as baptism wipes away original sin, and the baby is incapable of sinning on it’s own. All the pieces fit there, and tie into theology.

Another way of understanding this is that God is not bound by the sacrament he instituted as the normal way for people to enter into relationship with him. If God were bound by this he would cease being God - God is completely free and all powerful.

The souls taken in this terrible act are obviously not bound to this since their departure is not normal. They can’t be bound to something that was impossible for them to receive.
 
The biggest reason that I could see that the devil would want to promote abortion is the pain and division it causes to those who participate in it. The parents, doctors, nurses, siblings, and anyone else who by nature should be protecting the life of the unborn child, has turned their backs and murdered the child.

The amount of guilt inherent with such an act is overwhelming to think imagine. There is no doubt in my mind that although the child is welcomed into Jesus’ eternal arm, those responsible will be left with a lifetime of guilt to overcome.

To those who have been affected by abortion, please don’t give up, because God’s love is always more powerful than any mistakes that have been made in the past.
 
Why does God allow abortion is the answer to your question. Scriptures are fairly specific that God put our leaders into power, why?
 
Satan hates us, he hates us because we’re the children of God.

He hates all humanity.

Abortion kills humanity. And while many are correct that the unborn aborted go to Heaven, the damage abortion does to those left behind is worse. Statistics are now starting to show about 40 - 50% of women who abort will go onto have another abortion, pushing her deeper into the despair and hopelessness society/satan have tricked her into.

Satan wants to cause as much pain and suffering and death as possible. Children are a precious gift from God, gifts satan doesn’t want us to have.

I tend to look at it this way, satan probably views it better that one child is aborted and goes to heaven, that that child is born, and could end up a strong spiritual warrior for God who brings many more to God.

But the long and short of it, satan is a scum bag (and a few other words I think would get me banned if I so much as hinted at them).

Correct. It’s not about an equation in which Satan weighs the number of souls and rationally decides what is best for him. His pride prevents him from making rational decisions. He’s the Devil, and cares only for evil. Sin begets sin in his opinion, and if a billion unborn babies are sacrificed to perpetuate sin, so be it.
 
It occurs to me that, since Satan especially hates women, because of Mary, that it makes Satan laugh to pervert women away from the role of wife and mother that God intends for them, and instead turning them into fornicators and killers of their own children. The Devil probably has no more agenda than than simply to commit these acts of vandalism against the work of God in womanhood.

No doubt. He wants to pervert women and make a mockery of motherhood, because bringing forth new life is something he can’t do. He can only kill with lies, the “scumbag.”
 
I agree with what was said about abortion and contraception and “free love” corrupting society as a whole.

However, someone told me an interesting thing once - Jesus came to earth as a baby! And if you look at history, Satan has been attacking babies forever (first through human sacrifice, then Pharaoh and Herod killing all the male babies, and now abortion). In addition to moral corruption of society as a whole, there could be two reasons for this:
  1. Satan is terrified of a baby’s innocence
  2. Satan is and always has been searching out to find and kill Jesus. If he doesn’t know he loses, he may not entirely understand that he already lost when Jesus died. He could believe his own lies that Jesus was just one of the prophets. Or he could be living outside our linear timeline (as God probably does) and not realize that we are now in the age past Jesus and not before Jesus.
I had never thought of this before, so if it sounds off the wall, the original idea wasn’t mine! 😉

Actually, it makes perfect sense. The Devil is so obsessed with finding and destroying Mary and Jesus that he has no idea that he missed, and is just desperately attacking every period in history, including periods that occur after the time of Mary and Jesus.

i don’t think we should underestimate satans deviousness. Abortion is killing the west, the free world. He has been looking for century’s for a way to kill the christian-based ideas and governments of the west. and what more evil way could there be then to kill us in the womb.

The west is losing more people than are being born, immigration is the only reason the population is stable. The west’s economy’s will be crippled, army’s undermanned and God knows what else because of Satan.

According to your “source”, it’s pretty much based on folklore and speculation what went on at “Witches Sabbath” in the Middle Ages. There is no evidence for any of the tales in the wikipedia article, and the stories involved are from the Middle Ages through the 17th Century, nothing modern. I’m pretty sure that no one in the modern Western world thinks the fat of an unborn baby makes them fly. I agree that abortion is Satanic, simply because it’s murder of an innocent child, but I’m not so sure about the black mass / witch connection.
