I was asking how you could have the specific knowledge contained in the sentence I quoted. i.e. God doesn’t permit a miracle to happen in the circumstances you stated.
It’s a logical conclusion of the teaching that God decides when miracles occur.
Many people pray for a miracle, for example when a loved one is terminally ill. Some do get a miracle cure, many don’t.
For those who don’t, it’s not that their prayer wasn’t done right or any of that, it’s that God said no.
