Why doesn't the marriage tribunal encourage investigation of validity with a legal Separation?

@Ammi, you seem to be obsessed with the topic of marriage validity. Here you are again twisting people’s words and arguing against the Church herself, putting your own stipulation on Church teaching. Not cool.

I cant, in good conscience, accept the mentality that the tribunal system is without human errors. I think some Catholics try to defend the system as a all righteous court.
I don’t think anyone thinks the court is infallible. Nor any other human being in the Church (with the exception of incredibly rare pronouncements by the pope)

But that’s true of everything, not just marriage decisions. Fundamentally, Jesus left the Church in human hands, and it’s what we have.

You’ve actually presented nothing to indicate some kind of deliberately immoral attempt to subvert marriage on the part of Tribunals—you just dislike the results.
