Why don't Catholics celebrate Jewish Holidays?

Hello. My aunt who recently left the church for a non demoninational church recently asked me why don’t Catholics or all christians celebrate Jewish Holidays. For example she said the Feast of Tabernacles is a very beautiful feast and that all christians should celebrate it:shrug::ehh:. I told her I would look for the answer and I will get back to her. So can you please tell me why Catholics and christians alike don’t celebrate Jewish Holidays?
