The result will always be twisted when the understanding is twisted.
Muslims think we elevate a man to divinity. This is a twisted understanding, and the result is twisted as well because we believe God came to us as a man, not that a man became God.
There is no scripture whatsoever that says God cannot dwell among us as a man.
The Quran calls Jesus the Word, and the Quran talks of the virgin birth. Likewise, the Bible, before the Quran, calls Jesus the Word in Flesh (no biological father) and this is what makes Jesus the Son of the Father, and not that God has a consort, and not that God is not self-sufficient anymore, and not that God is scandalized by this title, as we see in the Quran.
Jesus said He is who He is, we believe Him, we believe the Church the apostles founded, we believe our tradition, we believe the first century catacombs, we believe in God’s sovereignty and faithfulness. We do not believe in Muhammad, we do not believe in one witness and one book rejecting everything before it and we’ve had too many warnings and the belief in one God is not everyone’s greencard to start a religion because even demons know there is One God.
