I took my Protestant friend to Eucharistic Adoration and she asked me why people were genuflecting on both knees as oppose to one knee at other times, and I didn’t have an answer. Can you explain why we do that?
Kneeling on both knees is a more extreme gesture that people choose to make since the Blessed Sacrament is exposed precisely for the purpose of adoration by the congregation.
