Why has the second commandment been removed from the 10 commandments?

Why has the second commandment been removed from the 10 commandments .According to the bible the second commandment is “Do not make for yourself and idols”.But the roman catholic church has taken out this commandment and has made the last commandment “Do not covet” into “Do not covet you’re neighbour goods” and “Do not covet you’re neighbour wife”.
