We openly allow, through court order, and by we, I mean the federal government, women to have their own unborn babies slaugtered mercilessly in their own wombs, in the cruelest and most inhumane ways. I won’t go into detail. Some of us cheer the women on, and a few even think those somehow lucky enough to be born alive despite such an attempt should be left to die. Its really not surprising, given this murder of over 2 billion innocent humans worldwide, what else is going on. Gay marriage, etc, are just the natural consequences of a world so morally bankrupt that it openly endorses the murder of billions of innocent unborn babies. May God have mercy on our souls. Call this a rant, or argue with and insult me, if you must. It doesn’t make this any less abominable.

I don’t get the connection between abortion and gay marriage?
Sinful and damaging, and in the case of abortion, deadly, activities, being forced to be accepted ( or attempted to be forced ) as a civil right.

The connection between abortion and gay marriage lies in contraception. Contraception gives the illusion of the right to complete autonomy at the expense of the general good. Moreover, as I’m sure you’ve heard plenty of times coined this way: “It separates the unitive and procreative aspect of sexual relations.” When sexual pleasure is considered an end in itself, this disorder poisons both the mind and spirit. This is directly applicable to both abortion and homosexuality. I’ll briefly discuss how it impacts and links both of these immoralities.

A person disposed to the sanctity and value of life does not get an abortion. In this way contraception poisons the spirit of a man toward this evil. Also, in the right to absolute autonomy of the body the right of the human child to live becomes secondary. Sex is for pleasure; a child is an accident.

When discussing sexual pleasure as an end in itself, it becomes obvious that this is indistinguishable from the homosexual end. Meaning, that there is no rational difference between a married couple having sex for pleasure and its unitive aspect and a homosexual couple doing the very same thing. When this is the preemptive assumption of sexuality, denial of the homosexual act becomes impossible.

The connection is that both phenomena are founded on the proposition that there ought to be no legal, cultural, social or other impediments to the free and consequence neutral exercise of sexuality.

Now one can argue for or against that contention but one canot logically deny its presence.
