indeed this article is anti Catholic and anti Christmas. As Christians we live by the Gospel and observe it. Yes there are some things in that got peganized over time. St. Patrick’s Day is about the conversion of Ireland to Christianity, but today many use it to dress in green and drink green beer and such. My advice is don’t give into temptations like the site provided above. Put Christ first.

That may well be the most ignorant and misguided thing I have ever seen. Tell us, Then, Why did God send all of the Hosts of Heaven, His Holy Angels to celebrate it?

Luke 2:8-14 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

God commanded all of the Hosts of Heaven to celebrate it, we would do well to follow their example.

i have a felling this guy is way off when it comes to his history I haven’t looked into it yet but i’m sure he is.

the guy in the video as well tries to make it look like the secular traditions of Christmas, like trees, or gift giving and so on and so forth and make it look like thats all religious people do with Christmas and they don’t care about Christ. That is far from the truth.

I’ve never really asked them but I should ask how Protestants religon ties back to christ outside of the bible. They will probably make up something that makes no since or say you don’t need more then the bible
