Why is Mary so important in the Church?

Okay I don’t want to get banned from the website, and I promise I’m not trolling, but why is Mary so important in the church? The assumption and the immaculate conception are not in the Bible. Jesus never said "my mother will be the ‘Queen of Heaven.’ So why? Is Mary immaculate? I don’t know. I know I’m saved through Jesus, and Mary didn’t die on the cross, but Jesus did. HIS blood washes away my sins, not Mary. I love Mary, I really do, she gave birth to my Savior, but I have a lot of doubts. This is my scruples talking, I’m sorry if I’m out of line, but something seems wrong to me. I used to pray the rosary, but I don’t even do that anymore. Please help me.

Okay, who sent the Archangel Gabriel to Mary with that salutation: “Hail, full of grace!”? It was God, the Father who sent the greeting. Throughout the Old Testament when an angel appeared to a human, it was the human who showed honor to the angel. But here it is the angel who shows honor to the human. The reason for this is that God chose her for a truly extraordinary mission. She was to conceive His Son in her womb; providing Him with a human nature. That God would condescend to the level of His creatures is mind boggling. His Son was now to take on a human nature while still having a divine one. And so here we come to why Mary is so important. She is important because Jesus is so important. Or do you think that Jesus doesn’t deserve a mother who is immaculate and worthy of being the Queen of all the angels and saints? To deny that He deserves such a mother is to deny HIS importance. Ever think of that?
