Hello friends,

Is there a passage that indicates that it was a physically resurrected Jesus that Paul encountered? Or was it simply through the voice of Jesus that St. Paul realised that it was the Risen Jesus, although he did not see the physically resurrected Jesus?

St. Paul’s experience was unique:

I know it’s a blog, but it conforms with Catholic teaching; it’s written by a Catholic priest and theologian. I tried to use this site, but it doesn’t go into much detail. But then, neither did Paul:

Thankyou dear Lily 🙂

That was an interesting read 🙂

My question was more around the fact that St. Paul describes Jesus as a “bright light”, and not His body.

But don’t we know from the transfiguration that Jesus’ true form is a bright light?
