You can get another plenary the next day 🙂 Technically you could get 365 plenaries a year if you worked hard at it.
However, don’t forget you are also giving Mary all of your “partials” and you don’t know how much of a plenary a partial might be. It’s possible that if you did two plenary indulgenced works in the same day, like a rosary said in church with the group AND the Stations of the Cross, then only one will be the plenary for that day but the other could be a sizable partial, up to 99.9 percent of the temporal punishment wiped away. Every little bit helps.

Vico:
The Easter duty in the Latin canon laws is just for mortal sins.
Please explain.
Latin Canon Law, CIC
Can. 989 After having reached the age of discretion, each member of the faithful is obliged to confess faithfully his or her grave sins at least once a year.

Can. 920
§1. After being initiated into the Most Holy Eucharist, each of the faithful is obliged to receive holy communion at least once a year.
§2. This precept must be fulfilled during the Easter season unless it is fulfilled for a just cause at another time during the year.
Eastern Canon Law, CCEO
Can. 719 Anyone who is aware of serious sin is to receive the sacrament of penance as soon as possible; it is strongly recommended to all the Christian faithful that they receive this sacrament frequently especially during the times of fasts and penance observed in their own Church sui iuris.

Can. 708 The local hierarchs and the pastors are to see that with every diligence the Christian faithful are instructed concerning the obligation of receiving the Divine Eucharist in danger of death and also at those times which are established by a most praiseworthy custom or by particular law of their own Church sui iuris, especially at Easter time, during which Christ handed down the eucharistic mystery.
