Why isn't God answering our prayers?

Our daughter was born with Tourettes Syndrome, ADD, and OCD. She is now showing symptoms of schizophrenia. Outside of this she is a good, innocent person. We have asked God not for a miracle but for the strength to help us to help her. No answer so far. Or is that our answer?
