Why isn't the Annunciation celebrated on a Sunday?

If the Feast of the Annuciation (March 25) falls on a Sunday, I read that it is supposed to be moved to Monday. What is the reasoning for this?
 
Because the Sunday liturgy always takes precedence. This is particularly so during Lent and Holy Week. If the Annunciation falls during Holy Week, it is moved to the Monday following the first Sunday after Easter.
