Why did Crist found JUST One Church; with One Faith based on Just One New Covenant?

Because He Himself is One, as in One God, as in at one with the Father and the Holy Spirit. And He expects us to be one as He is one with the Father.
And yes, He did say ‘this cup is tne new covenant (not covenants) in My blood’. And He did say ‘my church’ and not ‘churches’. So He did found just one Church, based on just one Covenant.
For our One True God to found multiple churches, or enter multiple covenants, which necessarily would be based on inconsistent theologies/moral and ethical rules/hierarchies of authority, totally undermines this unity.

There is only one Church because Christ is the Truth and there is only one truth.
***Jesus said to him, "I am *the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)
Truth is not a fact which is correct, or even a bunch of facts which are correct, or an abstract idea about how accurately any given statement reflects the real world. These things may be something that is true but they do not emcompass all possible truths. Truth in its entirety is a person. Truth has a name. Jesus Christ IS truth itself. There is only one truth. There are not two truths but one. There is but one Jesus Christ, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, True God from True God, begotten not made, one in being with the Father. Through him all things were made. Amen.
And so any truth that is uttered is truth only because God made it that way through Jesus Christ because “Through him all things were made”, and that includes the Church.
Jesus Christ took on flesh only once, and his flesh is TRUE food. Mary is Jesus’ mother and she gave birth to only one Jesus Christ, who had only one body, and the body of Christ is the Church. Mary carried Christ’s body in her whomb for nine months and gave birth to it. Mary is the Mother of the Body of Christ. Mary is the Mother of the Church.
And so there is only one Truth and Mary gave birth to him. The Truth was named Jesus of Nazareth and he had only one body, which is the VISIBLE sign in the world of God’s love for man, the Church. One communion. One body of doctrine which encompasses the fullness of truth. I hate to tell everyone here this but there is not even a pre-vatican II Church and a Post-Vatican II Church because that would be two bodies of Christ and two truths. There is only one Church which existed before Vatican II and after Vatican II.
So the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord.” When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he tucked in his garment, for he was lightly clad, and jumped into the sea. The other disciples came in the boat, for they were not far from shore, only about a hundred yards, dragging the net with the fish. When they climbed out on shore, they saw a charcoal fire with fish on it and bread. Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish you just caught.” So Simon Peter went over and dragged the net ashore full of one hundred fifty-three large fish. Even though there were so many, the net was not torn. (John 21:10-11)
Dr. Stephen Ray, in his beatuful talk on the Gosple of John says (paraphrased):
***At the end of time, Peter the Pope, the Fisher of Men, will single handedly drag the net of the Church upon the shore of eternity and place the catch at Jesus feet. Then they will share the marriage supper of the lamb which Jesus will prepare, perhaps even over a charcoal fire, who knows. But notice that Peter has one net, not two nets, or 33,000 nets but one net, and that the net was not torn. The greek word for tear is scism. At the end of time there will be one Church, without tear and Peter the Pope will drag it full of the catch and place it at Jesus feet at the end of time. I want to be in the net. ***

Look at verses 22 and 23 as well.
And I have given them the glory you gave me, so that they may be one, as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may be brought to perfection as one, that the world may know that you sent me, and that you loved them even as you loved me. (John 17:22-23)
Christian unity is a means by which we are brought to perfection! And we wonder why the world is so screwed up

There is only one Christ why should there be more than one church?The jews had more than one covenant because they would break them.When Christ died all men had to have faith in Christ to have eternal life.His new covenant would be in His blood which would be shed on the cross.The last and final covenant with man.One faith,only one Christ.No other faith in anything will save.

Also, there can only be one truth. The nature of truth necessitates unity. One cannot have two versions of the truth. For example, the apple is red or it is not red. The Eucharist is truly Christ’s body, blood, soul and divinity, or it is not. There is no in between, there is no “both.” The Eucharist cannot be Christ’s body while at the same time not being so.
