Miracles are generally required before the Church canonizes someone a saint. Google “mother Teresa miracle” and you’ll find web pages explaining what miracles occurred.
Yes, two miracles were accredited to her intercession, but that is not the reason she is a saint. She is a saint because of the exemplary Christian life she lived.
