Why no English translation of Summorum Pontificum?

It’s been almost a year, and the only other language Summorum Pontificum has been translated into (officially) is Hungarian.

I know there are unofficial English translations out there, but why nothing official? Most papal documents are simultaneously released in a dozen different languages. Any ideas?

Maybe the English speaking Bishops are trying to figure out a translation that puts the whole document into a more modern and progressive light?

Who knows? Then again Latin is the language of the Church and the Church moves slowly, so I wouldn’t worry about it for a while anyway.
