Seriously, now. He chose a slightly ambiguous – but, to me, immediately understandable – way of expressing the statement that it is only a theory that each person has a unique, unshared-with-others guardian angel assigned to himself or herself. No matter how many times he tries to explain that you have misinterpreted his meaning, it seems to do no good. What gives?
Why is he wrong? He agrees with you that the Church teaches we all have a guardian angel. He makes an additional point that you completely ignore: he says the Church doesn’t say whether, say, my guardian angel is unique to me or if my guardian angel looks after me and a number of other people. You don’t, IMHO, appear to even address this latter point.
