They want to reconquer Spain, from Saudi Arabia, Syria, Yemen or Morocco, they said, that Spain is a robbed land to islam. They remember this age like wonderful but it was very different. In Ryad there are a Cordova district, in Bagdad, there are a Al-Mansur district, looter and slavist against nothern spanish christians. Why such many muslims have the al-andalus sydrome?

I seem to recall that Osama bin Laden only refers to Spain as “al-Andalus” as well.

Salaam;
The first time Muslims went there they passed on the scientific knowledge to the Christian Europe of the dark ages. May be now -I am just assuming- they want to go back to perform the reverse process. 😉

Spain is a beautiful country and I love it. It is a shame they passed a bill that allows same sex marriage; if Muslims go back to Spain they will for sure start with burying that bill. Where are the Catholics of Spain?

Salaam.
Joseph.

They’re already there. Illegal immigration seems to be a major problem for the Spanish.

Salaam Brother;
Yes, some, but under the Quranic and prophet Muhammad (PBUH) teachings to look, study, think and learn, brought them to a level never seen before and innovated in many new areas. In a sense, the holy Qur’an was the light that brought the Christian Europe of the dark ages from the darkness.

Salaam.

I’m afraid not.

While I’m not going to deny that there were advancements in astronomy, medicine, etc, in the Islamic world while Christendom had to deal with the chaos caused by the collapse of the Roman Empire, for the most part these innovations were simply extrapolated from Greek, Roman, Persian or Indian texts, and more frequently than not translated and tested by Christian or Jewish scientist living under Islamic dominion.

Simply because these developments took place in the Islamic world doesn’t mean that they were evidence of an Islamic initiative towards scientific learning. They were undertaken inside of Muslim territory, but they were not undertaken as a specifically Islamic impulse towards expanding knowledge, and in fact, these new developments often seemed to be at odds with the accepted schools of Islamic religious orthodoxy.

Joseph, please don´t lie, islam only used the knowledges of jews, christians, romans and greeks, nothing more, they have to make the war and slavize people.
Respect Spain, There are many nominal catholics and it´s a problem, but many others like me, are fighting against this law, picking up signatures, going to the tribunals etc.

Do you have any facts to proves that muslims used their knowledge to make war and put people in slavery?

They ought to be self-evident from even a cursory glance at all but the most politically-correct histories.

Have you read in schools how Muhammad and others conquered the south of Mediterranean and Middle East, is very depressing not calling the wine, wine and bread, bread.

Joseph, please don´t lie
Salaam Brother Franze;
Why should I lie to you? I am simply repeating to you what I learnt in Muslim history books. Were the writers not telling the truth? I can say the same thing about those who wrote the history books you rely on, however, I will not accuse you of lying.

I respect Spanish people; they are hard working people, who brought their country out of the third world in a record time; I wish some Muslim countries took example on Spain. I also wish the ETA problem would be resolved quickly as to unite Spain and allow her to be stronger.

Thank Joseph, for the things about Spain, respect the first one, I forgive but I am very tired of listening that the islamic presence in my country was peaceful, when it wasn´t, many christian people and others were killed and slavized and many people suffered too much. I shouldn´t do like a personal thing.

Does Islam consider Spain a place of Muhamedism? And if so, how does she intend on regaining her royal ememinice in this part of the western Christian world? I have seen the temple of Cordova and they are impressive indeed. The Moorish influence can only be seen as a beautiful contribution to modern western history.

Yes, they consider of course, and they want to reconquer with the birth rate weapon. The cathedral of Cordova was a mosque before, but this mosque was built by the christian slaves using the stones of the old visigotic cathedral. Greetings
