why the JW depicts jesus differently than everybody else?

And for what it’s worth, Catholic Memes has even used that picture in the past. I agree that I’m much more concerned with them denying the Trinity
 
Jesus, in this stylized depiction, looks rather American! He lacks a distinct Jewish “look” does he not - and after all he got his looks from His Jewish Mother! Surprised they didn’t put him in a business suit & tie carrying a bag of Awake & Watchtower magazines! :hypno:
 
And another thing: The JW’s have a problem with RCC statues etc we have. What’s the difference - Jesus in 2 dimensions (on paper) or 3 dimensions (in a statue)?
 
If ya really want to know what Jesus looked like, TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE SHROUD OF TURIN!

Indeed. Their impression of Jesus physical appearance pales in comparison to their flat out denial of His divinity.

Better yet, I always ask JW’s:

Do you have pictures of anyone in your home?

JW’s: Yes

Me: Well aren’t you in violation of your own accusation towards Catholics?

JW’s: There is a difference

Me: How is it different when both methods represent or display an actual person?

JW’s: Well we must get going now…good day.

Me: 👍
