Have spent some time with homeless, takes away some of those fears, though I go back to my old insecurities quite quickly, even though having experienced God’s Providence again and again first hand. Was very liberating how little we can survive on and the generosity of just a few people out of many passing by enlivens the faith. But funnily enough when, on the very few occasions(can count them on one hand) within a whole lifetime that I’ve given away all that I’ve been given, I’m never feeling empty or lost or scared. But these times are very rare occasions, and most of the time I’m loaded up like a fully laden camel trying to fit through a narrow passage, unable to unburden myself by myself.
I have spent time homeless. I have carried around a jar of peanut butter with me so that I could take a bite whenever I felt faint, because I had no money for food. Being down that low didn’t take away any fears, it taught me what could happen and where I don’t want to be.

Well, I can truthfully say I have a lot of love for you because of your suffering, not for your lack of it, though God forbid I wish suffering on anyone. And He has by far more love for you because of your suffering.
Have we been with no place to rest our head? We’ve shared that with Him.
Had nothing to eat or thirsted? We’ve shared with the Christ
Been looked down upon and shunned? Again, something we may share with Him.
Been up all night, praying in agony and concern of what’s to come tomorrow, until we almost sweat? We’ve been in the garden with Him.
Head felt like it’s full of broken glass or thorns? We’ve shared a little in His Crown of Thorns.
Got many scars from life? We share them with His wounds.

The suffering we share with Him doesn’t belittle us in anyway. Just as Him sharing His suffering with us doesn’t belittle Him or us, but heals us. We can also keeps the wounds to ourselves.

A friend of mine, who’s suffering I wont describe here, I’ve often tried to take away her suffering, she’ll let me and wants me to ease the suffering a times, but she won’t or can’t let it completely go, and I can’t take it off of her. To her it is the thing she has paid the highest price for. But I suppose when she does meet the person who really can take away all her suffering, she’ll be willing to hand it to Him, though I expect she’ll at least want to keep her scars.

How the wounds of a man that died 2000 years ago are able to heal me today is a great mystery to me, but I can truthfully say, along with many others, His wounds most surely do still heal

Peace in the love of Christ+

Your heart is telling you it’s not right for you if it is driving you to hurt yourself. It’s not funny at all, why would you LoL at that???
Because it is kinda stupid. 🤷 my heart is also telling me that a 3rd slice of pizza is a good idea right now

Stuff have happened to me that at least makes me 95% sure that the church is true, so why leave. Eg: you are stuck with a terrible family. But you’ll be worse off if you leave. So you stay.

Not the best scenario but I know other women out there have a completely different experience and they are so complete. I think it’s because i know too much and they think it’s because I know too little. Such is life.
