Why Violence Against Sikhs?

It would be so cool to see the mighty Aaron in his glorious array enter a bar of Islamophobic bigots and have them start trouble with him, and him call down the Power of God in a way reminiscent of Elisha cursing the young men who mocked him.

Most of USA was accepting of all Faiths, x Satanism, until 9/11. After 9/11, our tolerance for Islam dropped. After we educated ourselves, I still was angry b/c the Muslims, partly accepted the terror. Item #1. A Muslim never goes against another Muslim. Item #2. Muslims are taught a prophecy for a worldwide Caliphate. It could happen w AlQueda and ISIS. Item #3. Madrassas teach hate of Jews and the West.
Item #4. If a Muslim is behaving in such a way, that it would keep ppl from converting the the faith, they are to be counseled. If a group/Movement causes ISLAMAPHOBIA, a FATWA is to be directed toward that group.
NO ONE HAS CALLED A FATWA.
Item #5. Wahhabism is taught in Saudi. This needs to stop. BUT, there is a Saudi-Waahb treaty. It might prevent stopping Wahhabism
Item #6. Any faith w Sharia law is not compatible w a sane society. Item#7. Any faith w abuse of women can’t be tolerated till change.
Freedom of Religion comes w understanding that there is no abuse within the religion.
As w most Faith’s, there are a lot of variation in doctrine. Christians,Jews and Muslims are ppl of the Book. We are friends. An infidel is an Atheist.
They kill homosexuals.
How can a Godly Muslim stay in this Religion of hate and death. Comparable would be Catholics staying in faith after priests scandal. Why do we??

Caliphates are authoritarian regimes that have been setup many times through the centuries. I doubt all sects of Islam, and likely only the most extreme, teach that some sort of end times Caliphates must be established. Even if they do, take a step back at Christianity there are plenty of end time theories out there, some not so nice. I don’t really know what you mean by Saudi-Waahb treaty. The understanding between the two is that Wahhabism is the state religion of Saudi Arabia. To that end Saudi Arabia spends an estimated $10 Billion a year spreading this religion and funding, you guessed it, the Madrassas you speak of.

You might have noticed that the Bible is not exactly a feminist Tome. Indeed, something like Sharia is not compatible to modern society, but the fixation some people have with it out of proportion. We count some of our closest allies among the few countries that actually practice it.

This is their rule but after 9/11, the extreme of AlQueda and the Taliban brought Afghanistanees to war. There was a lassitude, at first w the overthrow of Kuwait by Hussein. We were doing all the fighting. Kuwait didn’t have an Army. Other Islamic states didn’t help. Of course, there are the Sunnis, the Shiites, the Kurds, the Turks. They have fought. But there is that rule of Muslims are not to fight Muslims. Getting 52 ARAB countries in that conference w POTUS was a miracle. The fact that some chose to help was another miracle.
There is another rule that says, EVEN IF YOUR ENEMY KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR AND ASKS SHELTER, YOU ARE TO PROVIDE IT!
Our Bible has Sharia in it. Deuteronomy. If your raped in the country or city… Adultery stoned. Male dominance comes from a patriarchal society. Jews practiced Sharia before Islam. I asked a Rabbi why did they stop. He stated they held a conference and voted it out. In fact, a Jew brought his adulterous wife and lover before Mohammed. He asked,”what do your ppl do w this sin?” At first, the Jew said, “Banishment and Exile. I’m to wash w ashes and rip my clothing.”
Mohammed Ask for his scrolls. He saw the stoning punishment. So, he ordered it.
I’m not fond of Islam. That is not hate.They have not called a FATWA. I was just informed of that treaty between Saudis and Wahhabis. Yes, the state religion. What will happen if Saudi expels it? That is the source of terrorism.
My comments are not misguided hate. They are facts. If Gabriel spoke to Mary about the Messiah, Jesus, she was to carry, why did Gabriel make Jesus only a Prophet??? Islam is younger than Judaism.
Stoning ppl, cutting off body parts, killing gays will not make it here. Nor should it. Our civil laws trump religious ones that murder and maime.

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but you come across, at least to me, as someone who needs to back away from cable news and similar for a while. Muslims, Jews, Christians, Sikhs, Hindus, Buddhist, etc. are people first and foremost. They have the same needs and basic wants. The vast majority of any of these are not extremest, terrorists, haters, or whatever. What seems to be tough for many Americans is to see that we have marched our armies into many of these countries, we create destabilizing power vacuums, we profit off the sale of arms used in major conflicts, we send drones in to kill people, and we ally ourselves with countries that don’t live up to what we claim to be our values. So, frankly, I don’t care much about all of these theories, associations, and blanket assumptions which are often poorly understood or basically false. I care more that WE see that we have, not one, but two hands in the pot on these issues. We can only truly change what WE do.

It’s a curious thing, Foreign policy. I’d be an Isolationist but you can’t ignore the likes and f Hitler. If we hadn’t joined in WW II, we would be speaking German and Jews would be killed off.
Moderates, yes. I talk to them in love.
BUT, only once, when the terrorists attacked the train in Spain, did a cleric come out, calling for a FATWA. He was silenced.
When a Fatwa is called, Islam is at war. The Mid-East is a mess, now. There is a domino effect.
When the Iranians kept us hostage after the Shah was deposed, we helped SADAAM. We know how that turned out. For Islam to be an affective Religion, some of old cultural ways should have been corrected! It’s not all Muslim countries. Before Christ in those days Jews and Arabs fell in love w animals. Somewhere raping young boys became a novelty.
Then, my Catholic Priests took a trip to Iraq & Thailand. ( bad joke). It’s all so sick. Christianity didn’t do much better. Beastality is not common here. I hear there is an underground. We who believe in God haven’t fasted enough or come together in prayer enough to stop the evil.
I’m not naive. I have researched a lot.
Go to SISTANI.ORG. He is the Ayatollah of Iraq. A Shiite Iranian over Iraq. He was older than dirt. I wonder if he’s still alive.

In Judaism, it was understood that the punishments were to be haggled essentially, typically paying a fine.
The only thing where you could not haggle out of it was murder.
If your story is true, then it would appear Mohammed misunderstood the ANE context.

A lot of people do mistake them for Muslims. Not that Muslims should be harmed either. It’s bad all around.
