What separates Jesus from being a lunatic versus God? So he defied the common Jewish law at the time, so what? What was so significant that it qualified him to be God?
No one is “qualified” to be God. Someone either is or is not God. The defining proof that Christ is who he says he is was his Resurrection (John 20:26-31).
