The problem you are having is that you want God to intercede when it’s convenient for man (say provide a cure for aids, all other stds, and all ailments and deceases) while allowing man to roam free without worrying about any responsibilities or obligations.

Micromanagement cannot be with the sole purpose of man’s free will running unchecked and unbound.
