Let’s remember our charity.
**Thanks for REVIVING the thread Drafdog!!Have you ever noticed that the name of this gadget sounds like a pre-schooler urinating? And yes, I do believe that the guys who design these things and make up non-words to label them are really that byzantine. They would really do that for an additional laugh on the way to the bank with your former dollars.

I honestly have to smile everytime it says to step on and then it say “oh.” I am not sure why I find that so amusing, it just makes me smile.I LOVE:heart:![]()
:dancing: my Wii Fit! We were so lucky to find at Sam’s- we weren’t even looking for it!
I love the Yoga and Balance exercises. I don’t think my family has laughed that much together in a long time.
Question: Has anyone else experienced the little “oh” the Wii says when you step on it? It said “hello” or something to my kids when they stepped on, but when I stepped on, it said “oh”. I am a little heavy, so we just couldn’t stop laughing.![]()
I have some that I would be more than happy to send him…FREE of charge. We tried the Fit out at a friends house, I want it.
I was pretty happy to barely have an overweight BMI (3rd tri pregnancy) Now my dh was told to gain weight, poor him right?![]()
The first time my wife heard that, she said, “I’m not THAT heavy, am I?”I honestly have to smile everytime it says to step on and then it say “oh.” I am not sure why I find that so amusing, it just makes me smile.

Hey, I was here first…The first time my wife heard that, she said, “I’m not THAT heavy, am I?”
I’ve got about 10 more pounds to go. Kitty, your husband is welcome to it!

Most of the Yoga I have a tough time with, the balancing Yoga that is. At first I could not figure out the ski jump, but have gotten better. I am surprised at the hula hooping.haha!
So, does anyone want to talk about their most and least favorite exercises? Are there particular exercises you simply can’t master, and others where you’ve done better than you expected?
Yoga has been my favorite, but the balancing exercises are tough! Right before the “tree” exercise, it tells you that you can lean on objects or people for support, and at least half of the time I have to do just that. Most of the Yoga I have a tough time with, the balancing Yoga that is. My daughter loves the little computerized character who measures your weight… she stands behind me and repeats, “Measuring… measuring… measuring… All Done!”me too
or when it say, “step off me”
I will say that I do like the strength exercises as well. I can get rather sore from those though. Who woudl have thought that lifting a Wii-mote would make your arms sore?Yoga has been my favorite, but the balancing exercises are tough! I started out great with hula-hooping, but have gotten progressively worse. What’s up with that?
My wife is far better at ski jumping than I am, but I have the high score in the soccer-ball exercise. And I love the game where you have to shift your weight to get the balls to drop to the next lowest level.
My young daughters are quite amused by the penguin game![]()
yeah, it has a real sweet voice doesn’t it?My daughter loves the little computerized character who measures your weight… she stands behind me and repeats, “Measuring… measuring… measuring… All Done!”
i just used that one for the first time the other day. GREAT!My favorite one by far is the boxing game. Now THAT is fun and a great workout
Oh, I know. I’ve upgraded the triceps exercise such that I work with a 3-lb hand weight, and it really hurts afterward. But it’s really helping with muscle definition!I will say that I do like the strength exercises as well. I can get rather sore from those though. Me too. I shoot for a score of 80 on some of the tougher ones, and there are a few on which I haven’t reached that level yet.I can do some of the yoga, it just drives me crazy to see those lines go all over the place at the end.
Oh, I can’t do that one at all! I’m also hopeless at step aerobics, but my wife aced that one right from the beginning.I also get frustrated wtih the bubble game, ugh, I cannot get to the end of that one, I get close, but never make it.
I love that one, too. But, I tried the advanced boxing workout about a week ago, and got my feet all tangled up. It has your feet going not just forward and back onto the balance board, but backward as wellMy favorite one by far is the boxing game. Now THAT is fun and a great workout
It does… and my daughter is a pretty good mimic, so she has the voiced nailed… it’s cuteyeah, it has a real sweet voice doesn’t it?
I can do the step aerobics and enjoy that one as well. My DW gets a kick (pun intended) out of watching me do that and the hula hooping.Oh, I know.
