Will Cardinal Ratzinger vote at the next Conclave?

Following his resignation, will Cardinal Ratzinger be among the Cardinal Electors at the Conclave called to choose his replacement, the next Pope? Thank you.

Cardinals over the age of 80 are ineligible to vote in Papal conclaves. The Pope is over the age of 80 and thus cannot have a vote. Cardinals over 80 can still attend the conclave without voting but Fr. Lombari, the Vatican spokesman, has said that the Pope will play no role in the conclave.
