All things are possible. Popes Benedict IX and John XII were both very young. The average age at election over history has been in the early to mid 60’s.
In the modern world of where people generally live in decent health into their 70’s and 80’s it is easier to elect an older Pope since he would still have a decent amount of time and ability to accomplish things and would have a track record that is fairly predictable.
A younger Pope in the modern era is also unlikely because track records of style, temperament, and capability would be lacking. Its also not necessarily desirable to have the Church too tied up in any one man’s personality for decades.
