I’m scared to get judge by god
Yes.
Matthew 24
3 And when he was sitting on mount Olivet, the disciples came to him privately, saying: Tell us when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the consummation of the world? …
Matthew 25:
The Sheep and the Goats

31 And when the Son of man shall come in his majesty, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his majesty. 32 And all nations shall be gathered together before him, and he shall separate them one from another, as the shepherd separateth the sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left.

34 Then shall the king say to them that shall be on his right hand: Come, ye blessed of my Father, possess you the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. …

41 Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels. …

Great! This shows you want salvation. So love Him, trust in Him, pray to Him, and change the sinful lifestyle you likely (as most of us) lead! Yes, God will judge everyone accordingly.

If you are baptized, have faith, have good works to back that faith, repent to God, confess sins to a priest, and develop virtue, you will likely be saved. Be warned, it is not as easy as it sounds. I have heard by multiple priests that 1 bad habit sends you to purgatory at least (or up to…I forget) 7 years. And getting into purgatory is hard enough.

Yes. Pray and do what is right. Do not worry. Yet care to serve Him.

God is Mercy beloved. If you are afraid of him then I suggest more prayer. Either you trust that his judgment is perfect or you don’t.
If his judgment is perfect then you cannot fail. It is important in this life to do your best to live the way God wants. The rest is up to him.
Do you not trust him to know the ultimate good for you and for the rest of the world? Do you believe that you do not deserve judgement? I know I deserve it.

Do you believe you should Escape consequences? Do you believe that Christ is the Avenue for escaping those consequences? Then you have a confused View of Christ and God.

You’re responsible for your actions. God knows all extenuating circumstances and he does not inflict punishment. Rather he gives opportunity for atonement, correction and mercy. Fearing God is the same as fearing good.
