Will I be able to go to Communion if we abstain from sex?

I am waiting for my wife to go through the annulment process for her first marriage. We are living as brother and sister now so can I go to Reconciliation and then Communion before the annulment is granted? Or do I have to wait? She has been dragging her feet for over a year now after she promised to do it and I don’t want to be away from the Sacraments any longer than I have to be.
