Will I be able to marry my first cousin?

I’m very concerned about being able to marry my 1st cousin. We’ve taken every measure possible to avoid each other but, we simply end up together. Her parents (my mother’s brother and his wife) are in approval of the situation, but; my mother and sister and the rest of the family are against it. I was brought up by single mother as well as aunts and uncles. I’m Mexican and was brought up in a real conservative and catholic family. In fact, no one else in our family history has married between close fam members. We’ve taken the medical tests necessary to rule out any problems conceiving. I do want God to bless us as a married couple. We’ve married through our local County and pending on finding out about our religious marriage “possibilities”.
