Will I be able to receive Communion three times in two days?

Hello,
This weekend is a rare one for me. I am an Extraordinary Minister for Saturday Vigil Mass, Lectoring at the Sunday 10:30 am Mass, and going to a Johnette Benkovic conference on Sunday afternoon where Mass will be celebrated. Will I be able to receive Communion all three times?
