Will I have to wait for Holy Communion until my annulments go through?

I am attending RCIA classes at a local parish and I am little confused about the Holy Communion process. I have been married before outside of the Catholic Church and have cases in front of the tribunal for annulment. Will I be permitted to take communion during the Easter vigil with my class? I have read so many varying views on this.

Hi,

If you have cases in the tribunal for annulment AND are currently in an invalid marriage, you may not receive ANY sacraments. But IF you live in a celibate way until your marriage is blessed, then you may be received into the Church on Easter and you may receive Holy Communion. You are in our prayers.
