I was just wondering, since she is being canonized on September 4th, will her feast day appear on the calendar? It would surprise me if she isn’t, as St. John Paul II is in it now. I know that some countries have different calendars with different saints who may be more important to a region are in calendars, for example Juniperro Serra is in the calendar in the United States, and in Ireland St. Patrick is a Solemnity, I believe Mother Teresa is already in some local country calendars like Calcutta. But does anyone think Pope Francis will put Mother Teresa in the General Roman Calendar?
